  I previously purchased two toilets and shower products from this place. The pipes provided were leaking on one toilet when the plumber installed it as well as the flushing system was not lining up (which the plumber fixed himself despite the product being brand new). There was also a missing piece for the shower head.
  
  I went back to the show room with the pipe. I told the lady the issue and before making any further enquiries she automatically blamed the licensed plumber and stated it would cost $30 for a new one.
  
  She then went and got another sales man named "tony". As they both walked up the stairs I heard tony saying "no that's bullshit can't happen".
  
  I then informed Tony who continued to mention that it was impossible for the shower head piece to be missing and the pipe could not possibly leak. Tony and I then engaged in an argument as he continued to tell me I was wrong. I then said to Tony are you calling me a liar to which he replied "I didn't call you a liar but if someone called me a liar they will have no teeth left"
  
  This infuriated me to which we began to argue back and forth. Tony then told me to shut my mouth and leave.
  
  This is the kind of customer service this company has to offer. Unprofessional, ignorant, money hungry, incompetent, rude, sales staff. I don't understand how the Asian products could be so perfect with no issues. I also don't understand how they have these sales staff as front line customer service representatives. I will definitely not be returning and I will also urge my family not to return or friends.
