  The environment is so dirty and messy. Trash everywhere around the seats and on the table. I understand customers are lazy of throwing theirs away but the staff should maintain cleanliness as well as in the toilets. Female toilets are messy and desperately in need of toilet paper.
  Hazard as well as Ive noticed, a wet area on the floor of the coffee section.

  During the rush hours, service and accuracy is horrible. I got a hamburger that looked like it was squashed then placed in the box, a cheese burger that look a massacre in a wrapping paper and a chicken bigmac that was paid for but not given along with a missing mcchicken. So far these guys have a great record of mistakes and lack of service and quality.
